BUILDING MANAGER

Mr Fernando Abiraad

Fernando is responsible for the management of the maintenance, operations, and reporting within the building, He is customer service focused and has the ability to handle complex legal and engineering tasks to ensure the efficient running of the complex. You will find him liaising with stakeholders, contractors, Owners and residents, to make sure things get done the right way.

Ms Amanda Tall

Amanda is the key point of contact for the office. She has exceptional communication skills and a trustworthy nature. Her organisation and multi-tasking skills are core strengths and she is meticulous in all her dealings. Her day is fast paced, forever changing and no day ever looks the same, which is what she loves.

STRATA MANAGER

Mr Andy Zhang

​Andy is all about ethics and transparency, he puts his owners before himself and wears his heart on his sleeve. He goes the extra mile to ensure his owners are happy. He liaise with building management to make sure things are done. He has an eye for detail when it comes to financials and always loves having a chat.
